Job Description:
This job is more commonly known as a Panel Beater. They repair damage to metal, plastic and fiberglass bodywork on vehicles and make and form vehicle panels using machine or hand tools. Specifically, the duties involve determining vehicle damage and recommended repair procedure, removing damages panels, fixing dents, using mechanical and hydraulic equipment to straighten and realign chassis and body frames and using oxy-accetylene and welding equipment to cut and join replacement sections or damaged panels. It will be necessary to fill depression with plastic fillers and file, grind and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.

Education:
* Highschool Graduate or Vocational
* No more than 43 years old

Qualification:
* Certificate III in Automotive (Vehicle Body - Panel Beating)
* Must have 4 years work experience.
