We are the leader in coffee and tea drinks and the inventor of the World's famous ORIGINAL ICE BLENDED. BARISTA Qualifications: Candidates must be a degree holder in any field. Required skill(s): Communication, Leadership Required language(s): English. Applicants must be willing to work in Manila. Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Part-Time positions available for students who are undergraduates and no other jobs. The Barista will be responsible for ensuring that each customer of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf receives a Total Quality Experience thru quality of product, store environment and people service. Shift Supervisors/ Store Managers Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in any areas. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. The Store Manager assists the Operations Manager in managing overall store operations including the execution of company policies & procedures, attainment of budgeted goals and building sales. He maintains standards for food & service quality to build positive customer relationships Accounting Assistant Qualifications: must be driven motivated can work under pressure and hardworking with good communication skills exposure to advance Microsoft Office function and accounting software treasury Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy. Required skill(s): General and Cost Accounting. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
