Lead, Recruitment Marketing & Communications – Cebu City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for implementing marketing strategies for the recruitment and staffing activities of the company. Key result areas would be Marketing Project Implementation, Sourcing Project Implementation, Customer Relations, and Logistics.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of working experience in managing all elements of marketing focusing on branding, advertising, display and merchandising, and market research techniques or at least 1 year experience in supervisory capacity in same type of work is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City
* Full-Time positions available.
