Inbound Call Center Sales Agent- Japanese-native Speaker

Responsibilities:
Purpose of this role:

Regus SSC Consultants are based in our Asia Pacific Sales and Service Call centre and act as the first point of contact for all customers making enquiries for Regus business, products and services via phone or email.

Key responsibilities:

Handle enquiries on Regus business, products and services via phone or email
*
Proactively assist prospective clients and refer them to the field sales and customer services team for effective and efficient follow-up

Requirements:
Reporting to: Asia Pacific Sales and Service Call Centre (SSC) Team Manager

(Based in: Manila, the Philippines)

This role is open to Japanese nationals only who has relative experience on sales & or any related field.

You will be fully Regus trained and ideally you will possess the following:

* Any sales working experience within a call center or Multi National Corporate environment
* Target focused on achieving set KPI’s
* Good written and verbal English skills and business – level fluency in Japanese
* Be tertiary educated
* Proficient in Microsoft Office ( WORD, Excel)
* Ability to work to deadlines while keeping a positive can-do attitude
* Strong attention to detail
